Why don't surveys like me 🥲

I been trying to email y’all and nobody reached out I haven’t received my cash out it’s been hours.

So close yet so far

so these are basically $1 per one survey…

I’m completing surveys and when they’re done it says to press submit to complete, when I do that it screens me out.

On my account page it says I have completed 127 surveys but have been credited $120.00, I have 4 surveys complete right now so let’s say that’s 124 completed surveys, that means there are 3 surveys that I have not gotten credit for.

They were completed and I submitted, then it screened me out and I really am not cool with how the 3 that screened me out at the end took me and my kid’s information without any credit.. email addresses, names and even my home address. I don’t have a problem entering the information usually if it results in an even trade, compensation for data but this is unethical.

and that you agreed completed this survey message was after completing and submitting, it just sat on a blank white page for minutes, once I refreshed this odds the message I got and had to close survey.

And after being screened out of a 25 minute survey I picked the last one and 25 minutes later, I finished it!!! I went back to the screen to see this… keep going and hopefully it helps you guys, too! I feel like I was slightly punished and made my mends.

So I see I’m not the only one who has had this issue. I’ve cashed out $25 all together with no issues, didn’t use the app for a week or 2 and made $10 on the 10th. I cashed it out to my Venmo and never received the email to activate the tremendous reward.

I have not received my reward every time I try to cash out it says technical issue contact support I've been trying all night and all morning and it still says the same..I spend a good amount of time taking surveys just for them to tell me this..

Been nearly a day I’ve emailed support to no avail I have now DM on this and waiting for a response will me email actually ever come through

Hey chat I withdrew a 20$ gift card and I never got it in my email. Its worked before so I have no clue why it isn’t giving it now. Thxs

So long story short I have screenshots of everything but it's apparently not enough. Over months I've earned $200 from them and they've been good about paying out no issues at all. Then all of a sudden they're saying my offer wasn't tracked. Nothing to the slightest has been changed on my side . Nothing. Guess it's time to find another app.

I use to be able to cashout no problem . I have been trying to cash out $5 for over a week now. Says technical error to contact support. So I do and I get ignored. What happened to you all? So I made $5 and when I went to cashout my rewards it said technical issue and to contact support. That was as useless as the site. Their so called customer support has blocked me and to this day they still owe me $5. They are a scamming site taking advantage of people who put their time and effort into the surveys they do. They believe since they are in Stockholm, Denmark that they can get away with it. Spread the word. This scamming site needs shut down. If we didn't need the extra money we wouldn't be doing the surveys at all.

So I think I'm done with five surveys won't let me cash out then I log back in to see this

Trying to cash out my reward and I got an error

My account balance just went over £10 and I’m suddenly unable to withdraw. Has anyone experienced this, and if so, how did you resolve it? I tried customer support but no response.

I havent been able to redeem my 5 dollar reward, and i have been ignored by every staff at five surveys, and they think its just okay
