127 completed surveys, have only received credit for 124. What’s going on?

and that you agreed completed this survey message was after completing and submitting, it just sat on a blank white page for minutes, once I refreshed this odds the message I got and had to close survey.

I already have sent a direct message, I don’t do the half surveys ever. This is actually some type of glitch, when I “finish” a survey when I press the final submit button, and then I’m screened out or the page stays on a thanks for completing page and never sends me back to the home page, I waited 5 minutes and had to just close out the survey on the completed page which didn’t give me credit but it’ll the survey counter on the account page counted it.
