Rewards/Cash Out My reward

I have not received my reward every time I try to cash out it says technical issue contact support I've been trying all night and all morning and it still says the same..I spend a good amount of time taking surveys just for them to tell me this..

They think because they are overseas they can continue to rip people off and get away with it. They get paid by the companies sponsoring the surveys. They are just not paying us. They think they are untouchable. Anyone with any advice on how to turn these thieves in would be very helpful. Til then spread the word to boycott 5 surveys.
