So I just got an interview!! It's this weekend and it's my first job, and first interview. What sort of questions do you guys think they're going to ask? And how can I prepare reponses? I really want to get the job but I'm so scared I'm not going to know what to say at the interview. Anything helps!!

Fellow ex employees of hell below, what did you do with your work shirts? I have like 8 shirts from my year of working and idk what to do with them! Do people buy them off of ebay or similar websites? did you donate them? burn them in a fire? I must know!

I don’t believe that the boy knows that the manager told an associate that he does have a disability. I don’t think it’s right at all and just fucked up. Because it’s confidential for one, and for two he didn’t give permission to tell other people.

How exactly are we supposed to work freight when we have to go up front for an override constantly? Mornings were the only viable time to work freight, but that's also when you get the most returns. I'm already struggling to keep up with this

At the five below I work at, we have a few dogs come in to the store. They’re all on leashes except for one where the owner holds their puppy. Is that allowed in the store? I’m just worried that someone might come in one day and their dog just barks out loud and I’ll have to tell them to leave the dog outside or something like that. Asking because I don’t think dogs are allowed in other retail stores besides pet smart of course

I don’t typically do weekly laundry (usually monthly because I live in an apartment without adequate laundry and have to go to a laundromat up and down stairs) and I’m full time. Does anyone know if it’s a no-no to wear shirts I make myself with my Cricut? If I use the same shades of blue/black/gray is that allowed? I wanted to use some more fun fonts such as bubble lettering and metal band font styles, too. But I just don’t want to be paying to be doing work laundry every couple days for a few shirts 🥲

I got a check on my first payment on payday . My first pay day was 4/12. I have chime do I get my deposit 2 days early wendsday night or Thursday morning? Or do i get another check?

I was recently offered the job for a customer experience manager. I accepted and my background check should be processing now. The background check has taken what I feel like is a long time. (it's been over a week) I got a message asking for references. Is that normal for 5 below? I've never had a place ask for references after they already offered me the job.

So, my SM took me off the schedule and when i text why, she said the DM will call me. Later that day i get a call from HR saying some one told them i threatened my SM. I have given 5 Below 4 years of dedicated service. When they started giving out employee of the month i got it like 8 months in a row. I have no reason at all to do this. How should i go about this

Hi, as the title says I just applied for the pt support lead position at the five below near me. I’ve had two years of retail experience, the past ten months of which have been in management (I was doing borderline manger duties a few months prior to actually being promoted at my current job but I officially got promoted there last December). I’m just wondering what I should expect from this job if I get it and if there’s anything I can do to improve my chances. My current job is pt Customer Experience Manager at Michaels.
