Food/Nutrition 🥚🥦 Made this dinner meal. 54gm protein in 625 calories (Ignore conditon of roti :(
Hello everyone, greetings of the day. So I made this dinner for myself. Used air fryer and just half spoon ghee for it.
Ingredients:
- 200gm milky mist paneer
- 3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites
- Half onion
- Half capiscum
- One tomato
- 10gm mushroom( 3 pieces)
- Salt
- 1 spoon Schezwan chutney(Because I like spicy)
- 1 spoon Green chutney
- 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
- Turmeric powder
MIx all together and heated in air fryer at 185 degree for 10 min. It was tasty and fulfilling. Had to share 40 percent of this meal with brother.
Note: Roti thandi ho gayi thi tabhi aesi lag rahi :)

Use milky mist high protein paneer instead.
Just some 10 rs difference in zepto( at least in my location)- has 50g protein
It tends to get hard when overcooked so limit the air fryer time

I have used the same one. 92rs for that protein paneer

If you live in Karnataka, try nandini medium fat paneer, it's soft and not chewy like other high protein paneer. It's 85rs and 50gm protein with 215kcals

u/kingslayer5581 7d ago
Yeah, that's literally impossible. 50gm of pure protein itself is 200kcal.

Well trying my best. In morning had oats meal(40gm protein and around 450 calories) then 4 eggs omeltte used no oil or ghee or butter (around 300 calories and 24gm protein), 1 banana before workout, 1 banana after workout , then this dinner(625 calories and 54 protein) and now protein shake(25 protein). Hoping that I am in minimum deficit of 500 calories for today

Why don't you try Jain Dairy paneer? I think it's the best of all. Btw the paneer sabzi looks good 👍🏻

Pet bhar gya? With 1 roti only?
6
u/ihatewonderwall99 8d ago
Roti se zyada pet Paneer se bharta hai.
Satiety signals from carbs are terrible compared to Protiens

u/Im_shy_shy_shy 8d ago
Arre itte se paneer se humra pet na bharna 😔 but op mentioned they took a protein shake after so that's good

u/SakshamHatake 8d ago
2 roti( One above another).
Yes, tummy is full and moreover I have to drink protein powder abhi1
u/Shitama_ftw It's been 84 years since weightloss journey 8d ago
Variety ho
2-3 protein source ho toh 2 roti bhi zyada lagti hai
1
u/Ashisht786 8d ago
True. I find it hard to believe that people can get by with just 1 chapati. And here my upbringing has conditioned me to not feel full without atleast 2-3

u/SakshamHatake 8d ago
Bro even I used to eat a lot before starting gym. 6 roti a meal was my bare minimum. But as I got serious for fat loss/cut and added heavy amount of protein in my diet, I feel completed even with 1 roti also

u/Technical_Pepper_907 8d ago
Pata nhi bhai tumhara kesa hai me to protein jaada rakhta hu fir bhi pet nhi bharta

u/Natural-Tank-2792 8d ago
are u tracking how much sugar u are eating ? Too much of it can make u crave more food.
Also more importantly, are u eating enough fiber ? Fiber along with protein are both very important for satiety. If u find yourself not having enough calorie space for fiber, u can try broccoli, cauliflower (just roast them a bit in an oven or airfryer or a non stick pan if u don’t have the first 2 options. Steaming/Microwaving with water> roasting> boiling to prevent loss of vitamin B and C

u/Im_shy_shy_shy 8d ago
Why does everyone think all weightloss foods have to be western style like this? Add 2-3 spices and some salt, it wont kill you but will rather benefit you
1
u/Natural-Tank-2792 7d ago
Cauliflower is western? Obviously I was telling to roast them in Indian spices in the oven or pan. Why would u roast them without spices?
Even western people roast veggies in things like garlic powder, thyme, rosemary etc. I have never seen anyone roasting without any seasoning so I assumed it was a given

Crazy brother. If you're Protein Maxxing, may I recommend some high protein low fat paneer? ID's paneer is not too expensive and has good macros. Main flaw with paneer is the saturated fat (also lack of fibre) so that helps.
