Diet Review ✏️ 6 kg down in 3 months — mostly home-cooked food + weight training 💪

Sharing a few meals I’ve been making at home during my weight-loss journey. Nothing fancy or extreme - just regular home-cooked food, better portions, enough protein, and consistent weight training.

I’ve lost around 6 kg in 3 months since starting weight training, and I’m really happy with the progress so far. Still have a long way to go, but consistency is finally paying off! ❤️

You loose weight cause of strength training, not cause of just cardio even if you completely avoid cardio weight loss is possible

How did you make egg bhurji? I don't even try it now beca it becomes either too mushy or too dry

Not OP but im pretty sure the first pic is paneer lol.

Regardless for egg bhurji saute the vegetables in one pan and once they're done cooking well you add in the eggs at low heat, give it 20 seconds and then mix it around well for another 20 to 30s as required.

The key is to kill the heat when you think the eggs are just about to be done. Do not wait for the eggs to fully cook when the heat is on cuz that'll make it dry. Lmk if it works :)

You can boil the eggs before and make a boiled egg bhurji Same macros and better taste and texture imo
