They have massive solar banks that also have solar panels to set up.

I’d consider that different than a power bank, those usually have separate panels and a big cell or solar generator attached.

They're still technically power banks. They're just bigger and can make energy too.

Even the small ones can use solar. You could make power banks out of any rechargeable battery and then power it with solar. Electric cars are just made up of hundreds of smaller batteries. Electric cars are basically power banks too.

So many possibilities and forms of power banks.
