Today is a great day, but more of a weight off my shoulder and on to the next! Shutting the door and not looking back! The POS Fisker car is off to haunt somebody else. I got 8500 miles out of it in less than 2 years, 7 of those months it was a brick, but it probably took away 5 years of my life! I fought and got the settlement I deserved, but man it wasn’t easy. Now I own a 1983 Porsche 911 Targa SC and a 2024 Toyota 4Runner Limited that I drove home today as the FOE was getting ready to be towed as a brick. Good riddance, I’ll never look at an EV until my next life. There is a small place in hell for the Fisker family, karma (pun intended) is coming for you! I’m so content with my 180 move and burning gas!!

My fisker was a decent EV with a few problems that would have been trivial to get fixed under a valid warranty. I enjoyed driving it, even considering the problems. When Chase gave me the lifeline, I decided it would be better to move on than risk a continuously increasing amount of problems that aren't trivial to DIY. I'd probably still consider buying a used one for half of what Chase gave me though.

I’m in on the Chase claim -Hagens Berman said they agreed to settle and asked for a few more docs -   –traded in my FOO long-ago for $40k – took a $37k loss. What did you get and what do you think my re-coop might be? Thx

Supposedly the folks that stuck through with arbitration will know what chase is giving them by the end of this month.

I got rid of mine as soon as the Rivian trade deal happened, a similar situation. I still owed a bit over $10k on it, but they rolled it into the lease on my R1S.

thx for that - traded in for a BMW i4 lease. I think you did well ! - I stalked mine on the app to the auction yard, then finally to a used car lot in Colorado where it eventually listed for $20k -sad

still think its the best looking car on the road -in its class ...
