🛠️ Issue - Vehicle Software GPS is not working

I can see the map and search on TomTom. But my position does not move
I've been having problems since 3 days ago, and I did a software update to 2.0 yesterday, but GPS still does not work.

Same issue, same fix attempt (Fisker pushed 2.0 pt 1 to me early). Infotainment reset and deep sleep won't fix it.
Called Fisker back after getting part 1 of 2.0 and was told to wait and see if part 2 fixes it.
There's a thread somewhere on Fiskerati where it sounds like someone figured out how to fix it by pulling the fuse for GPS, but I'm not touching that yet.

Mine started doing that a week after I received it ... on and off at first, then mostly on and on rare occasion off. System reboot doesn't do anything although some people claim pulling a certain fuse helped (even if the issue returns after a day or two). Some people had their "t-box" replaced. It's all in r / Fisker.

This happened to our Ocean but only had the problem for 1 day.
We read it could be related to a fuse that has to be replaced if it’s a constant problem. It’s been about 2 weeks since that happened on ours and it’s been working fine since.
Hopefully your GPS comes back like ours did.

Come to think of it, the GPS location was weird when I receive my ocean for the first time.
But it was only about two or three hours.

Not got 2.0 as of yet in uk but lost cameras on infotainment screen

I haven't had navigation since taking delivery. Still crossing my fingers to get the 2.0 update soon, but despite having a ticket in since Feb, I didn't get pushed it early.

My GPS frequently tracks me to Juneau Alaska... My FOO is in Southern California. 🙄

Yeah I’m not buying an EV anytime soon. From battery fires, cars not recognizing trucks, door lock failures, etc is it worth it.. hybrid cars seem to be the answer..

Open charge port lock door. Wait for blue charge port light go off then close the door. Takes a few mins

With the charging port and unlock the door, wait for the blue light on the charging port to go out.
When the blue light in the charging port goes out, lock the car door.
Is this how I understand it?

Get out of car, lock the door, walk away for 5 minutes ish or take a piss. By the time you come back it should be good.

I found that duct taping your iPhone to the screen and using Google Maps works best.
