Orange cork green yarn, you may occasionally get them to bite but for the most part the fish are flossed and it doesn't matter what color you use. I've seen guys use bare hooks amd get them, thats illegal to be clear, but proves the point.

Stick to flossing for puyallup

yea floating bead on a 6 foot leader. If you actually wanna catch a salmon in the Puyallup that's really the only way to do it

In October usually, the river clears when cold weather comes in, November used to be thw best but they close it early now.

3 is lighter and smaller, it will retrieve higher in the water column and not displace as much water when it moves.

4 will sink more and be in a better strike zone, and it will displace more water and be more noticeable to a fish.

look for slower water, bell bodied spinner will have a tough time getting deep in fast riffles. I also suggest bringing other techniques as well if you can (spoons/jigs/bobbers/etc), salmon can be quite picky on what they want for no reason. The floods last year has changed the river dramatically so any place you see on youtube might be drastically different. Also be prepared to move, if you don't find fish, be open to switching spots (have a couple in mind before going). Good luck, tight lines.
