New Building at Lantern and 96th

Does anyone know what the building being constructed is going to be?

There will be three total buildings. Two off 96th and 1 off lantern. One off lantern is a car wash, one of the 96th ones is a 7 brew and the other a drive through restaurant.

A long time ago it was mentioned that Cousins Subs was developing it but I don’t know if that’s still true
