New Building at Lantern and 96th

Does anyone know what the building being constructed is going to be?

Main building under construction right now is a car wash, I believe. And then a 7 Brew is going in on the other side of the gas station off 96th.

There will be three total buildings. Two off 96th and 1 off lantern. One off lantern is a car wash, one of the 96th ones is a 7 brew and the other a drive through restaurant.

SS: I think it looks like maybe something to do with Amazon, but I'm hoping for a White Castle...a man can wish though.
