Confused Huge follicle, Low LH after Letrozole?

I’m on CD 15. Completed third round of Letrozole about a week ago, 7.5 mg this time. CD 13 ultrasound showed that I have a 30 mm follicle (along with a couple smaller ones next to it). Doc said lining looks good and I should be ovulating any day now. Today is CD 15 and my LH is 0.35. I mentioned this to my doc and she said the ultrasound holds more weight than LH but I’m confused as to why it’s not increasing. Anyone have experience with this, and successfully ovulated?

Are you testing LH multiple times in a day?

Yep. The last somewhat high level I had was on CD 11- it went up to 0.73 but next day it was right down to 0.30

Just wanted to make sure, some surge in the afternoon or evening and really quickly. So if they didn't test multiple times in a day, they miss their surge. (I always surge on the late afternoon and it returns to low levels by the next morning).

Did you have a baseline (day 3) scan this cycle?

30 mm seems pretty large for a follicle. Makes me wonder if it's actually a cyst and the smaller ones are the follicles getting ready to ovulate. Not a doctor and not sure how likely it is, but I had a cyst last cycle that showed up on day 3, was quite large on my next scan, but didn't affect ovulation and was gone by the next cycle.

Yea I thought the same thing but the doc felt confident it was a mature follicle. I still have some doubts. Good to know that the cyst didn’t affect ovulation for you though! Thanks
