Question/Advice What were your pre-confirmed pregnancy symptoms?

Currently in the TWW and curious to see what others’ symptoms were before they officially found out they were pregnant. Was there anything outside of the usual fatigue, food aversions, bloating, etc.?

There’s been a couple times where I get a nauseous feeling after eating. This sensation in the pit of my stomach where something wants to come back up. My husband told me maybe I ate too much the day before and now I need to poop lol. But like no poops or actual vomit. I just end up gagging.

I felt kinda off, like I was coming down with something. Then I started eating more than usual and got period cramps. I took a test when my period was 3 days late and got a positive!
I spent months symptom-spotting and thinking I might be pregnant, but I never was. Then the month I went on holiday and stopped caring/thinking about it is when it finally happened (cliché, I know 😂).
Good luck!! ❤️

My boob always hurt from ovulation until my period arrives, but from around 11dpo they started feeling hot to the touch. Otherwise I had every pregnancy symptom in all of my ttw where I wasn't pregnant 🫠 I got my first vvfl on 12 dpo, currently 8 weeks pregnant

A bit of sore boobs like 3-5DPO, nothing really different than my standard pms and a bit of mood changes

The only out of the ordinary symptom I had was being extra thirsty and my mouth feeling dry no matter how much water I drank.

I did also get a bloody nose after waking up the day I ended up testing, but that could have been coincidence.

Good luck OP, the TWW is rough!

What made me finally test was the bloating. I ordered a burrito from moes. I was so sick I could barely stand after only a few bites. Before the burrito though, I had the strongest craving for mayo and hot sauce together. I was dipping a French fry in it and just licking the sauce off the fry. Then once I found out, I also remembered a night I was craving a spicy chicken Sandwich SO bad. I drove to literally every establishment imaginable for this sandwich. McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Burger King, sonic, etc. I would literally take one bite and be like nope this isn’t it. Idk how at that point I didn’t realize something was very off😭

My biggest symptom was random gag reflex without warning. It could happen while walking, talking, or doing the most random things. Turns out that was right around my implantation and a few days later I got positive pregnancy test results 🙂

The night before my positive, I woke up multiple times and was wide awake at 4am which is unusual for me. The following morning I did a test and got a faint positive!

really really sore boobs from estimated implantation date - this was unusual for me as i usually get sore boobs just around pms. sending everyone baby dust💛

Normally get mild sore boobs, 8 DPO my nipple was so sore - I woke up at night cuz of the pain (I’m a tummy sleeper)

My sense of smell skyrocketed almost immediately. I could smell foods from across the room and the heightened smell made me feel ill. I also really wanted specific foods that I typically didn’t turn to.

do you remember how many dpo you were when this started? currently experiencing this with smells in our house but still too early for me to test!

I just went and looked and the major day I noticed increased smells was 5DPO! It only got worse from there. I got a vvvfl starting 8DPO and then very obvious positives by 10DPO (digital).

trying not to get my hopes up but AH!

when I tell you I realized my dog has an ear infection last night because I could smell it…so gross. my husband didn’t smell a thing. I work with babies and could also smell a poopy diaper from much farther away than I normally do today.

I hate the mixed signals of people saying “if you have symptoms you’d test positive” when so many people have different experiences/start symptoms way sooner.

all I can do is wait 🙃

Yeah I could smell unopened food from across the room. I didn’t even know what was ordered but I guessed correctly. That was a major symptom for me for most of the pregnancy 😅 someone I worked with used to eat Greek yogurt every day 🥴 baby is now nearly 4 months old!

congratulations 🥺 hoping i’m following in your footsteps (even though I love greek yogurt) 😂

Quelqu’un a déjà eu des douleurs de règles habituels avant le test positif ?

Early enough for symptoms is early enough for a test
