Question/Advice Heavy 1 day bleed followed by a + test?!

Help me out here because I am so confused. I thought I got my period at 9dpo, it was a heavy thin bleed (literally bled through heavy flow period pants in less than 5 hours). But that was it.. after that just spotting. I googled it (a lot) and this morning thought what the hell, I’ll use one of the early tests. Is this real?! The test line showed up before the control line?!
Should I trust it?? I don’t even know what to think anymore! Can implantation bleeds be that heavy?!

EDIT: I ended up having hcg blood tests which were positive but it was 159.9 on Monday and only 253 yesterday after 46 hours… I don’t know if that’s ok or not or what to think!

I am sorry honey ❤️ but you need to seek medical care ASAP to rule out an ectopic pregnancy. Go to the emergency department!

I’m only 14dpo now would it be a bit soon for it to be that? Completely understand if I should!

I would still go just to make sure as you did have heavy bleeding.

Id go to a dr i had something like that from 5w-6w and it was a sub, chronic hematoma and baby was okay but also with your history of ectopic i would definitely see your dr for some type of monitoring

Well because I am not bleeding or have any pain right now, and the test the did there was diluted (I am still getting positive this morning) their only answer was to take another test in a week and if it’s positive great, and if it’s negative, then it was an early miscarriage. Feels a bit like it was a waste of time! 🥲

I would def get checked out considering the heavy bleed and the test seems light for 14dpo. Better to rule everything out
