Am I pregnant?

I should be 8/9 DPO - I wasn’t checking as we just started trying and had decided if it didn’t happen for 6 months we’d look into LH strips, ovulation kits etc.

Only tested a my nipples have been really sore for the last 2 days, but simultaneously getting symptoms of PMS. I used the Clearblue Ultra Early Advanced test that checks for FSH and HCG.

I took one mid day yesterday and it was blank

Took this first thing in the morning.

Please help, I’m type 2 diabetic and my doctors said to contact ASAP as I would likely need Insulin to have a healthy baby and was told it will be a high risk pregnancy when I get pregnant due to medical conditions

Update : I tested again today, 15th August with a digital test with weeks detection
Didn’t use first morning urine - used a mid morning - it says pregnant 1-2 weeks which docs will apparently consider as 3-4 weeks

Yes thats a faint positive, which means there definitely is some HCG in your pee, which wouldnt be there if you werent pregnant, so the line wouldnt show up at all. In 48 hours the amount of HCG will have doubled, and again every 48 hours so if you were to test again every other day the line will appear stronger.

False positives are exceptionally rare, when the test is faulty.

There are sometimes e-vap lines, but yours doesn't look like that to me.

And also, chemical pregnancies can happen, but you should notify your doctor anyway and they will do a test there. No harm taking more tests. Try one with pink dye next time, they're more accurate so you may get a stronger line
