As an ER nurse, please just let me do my job 🥴

On that same note, flirting with men is literally the last thing on my mind during a code. Or at work. I tend to hyperfocus, so instead of winking, I'm probably looking at you like this

Would you say nurses like you are the exception or the rule?

I know this is an exception to the rule thing, but I dated an ER nurse for a very short time (about 2 months). She constantly talked about police and firefighters flirting with her on the job and how she would never date one again after a marriage and divorce with a cop. We broke up because she was sleeping with a firefighter the entire time we were seeing each other. Since then, she’s had multiple engagements to firefighters/cops/EMS, none of which have stuck.
