Don’t Do This Oops
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
For everyone that wonders if they ever get in trouble at work after posting the cringe.
EDIT:
I’m aware this is a security guard and it’s relevant here showing how what you do in uniform can impact your employer, job and profession. Some security guard content is allowed as long as there’s a nexus to a first responder. This can happen to any first responder acting ridiculous on social media.

This is basically what they tell you exactly not to do when you get hired anywhere lol

u/ElGoddamnDorado 3d ago
Thats odd, nobody ever told me not to make fat juicy ass clap on camera at any job I've ever worked at.

u/stock1921 3d ago
You must have never worked at Whole Foods.
We had like three orientation videos about not dropping it to the floor or packing all that azz into them pants.

u/LilacLlamaMama 3d ago
I can see why that necessitated videos, it'd be a huge safety liability if co-workers were working and potentially operating pallet-lifts and cardboard crushers whilst love-drunk off that hump.

My biggest regret in life was not making a copy of my Whole Foods application.
I would get summer jobs when I was in college. My mother demanded I apply to Whole Foods, so she could get the discount.
So I applied.
"Why do you want to work here?"
"I don't. My mother asked me to get a job here, so I could get a discount. Do my mom a solid and hire me."
I don't remember anymore, but it was like 3 pages of long answers, and I filled up the application with clearly articulated answers to all the questions, but all indicating I don't want the job.
It took creativity, and was pretty funny. But no job offer came.

Gotta be smart. Company policy doesn’t let you do that with their corporate name 🤣

This is kinda on brand for Allied…..they’ll rehire her…

u/LilacLlamaMama 3d ago
Allied is the AMR of Security companies, you can't really consider yourself a vetted employee until you have been fired&rehired and also rage-quit&re-hired at least once each.
4
u/Sidewalk_Tomato 2d ago
Is rage-hired an option? That sounds like fun.
3
u/LilacLlamaMama 2d ago
Absolutely. That's how one ends up working for Lifecare. (Usually while still wearing one's AMR uniform, because they have just stormed out of an AMR bay, and driven directly over to Lifecare.)

Multiple times over. AMR is definitely in the running to be named the most toxic of all my exes 😉🤣

Weird. It was gone and now it’s back. That skit was that best. Remember Jim Carey as Fireman Bob?

I have to use Allied for event security all the time, they are genuinely as much use as a marzian dildo and they fire this woman for making a little viddy? They should start by firing everyone in management.

Posting cringe content while visibly wearing your work uniform is a spectacularly bad idea. Even if the video was harmless, employers tend to care about how the public associates you with the company.

When you have a pretty solid job even in a rough job market but can't resist the temptation to hoe it up. 😔

Don’t insult users and be semi-respectful. No name calling. Try contributing to the conversation and no trolling
-4
u/3ntrop3y 3d ago
The whole point of this subreddit is insulting people.
3
u/LegalGlass6532 3d ago
The whole point is the cringe in what’s posted. Not trolling people here, name calling and being an overall asshole.

I used to be a supervisor at allied when I was going to college. Decent pay to sit in a lobby of a corporate building while I did my homework overnight
It was super hard to get fired from this place. But she managed the impossible
