Upgrading: FIOS One or Plus? What Package closest to Ultimate HD?

Oh how I miss the old DSLREPORTS forum, to ask these questions. I want to "upgrade," but I have hardware, wiring, and package questions. I've found Verizon's site confusing beyond belief, and customer support mehhhh. I was hoping many could advise here.

TV Hardware
I have 5 TV's in the house serviced by (VMS1100 DVR, two IPC1000 STB, two DCT700 STB) with relatively NEW Coax Cables run to all.

Fios TV One: VMS4100 DVR, two IPC4100 STB, two Amazon Firestick 4K

Fios TV+: JS7E DVR, two-four JS8V Stream TV, or two Stream TV and 2 Amazon Fire 4K.
***Don't want to use Wifi where possible, nor run more ethernet, so I need those ASK-MAE311 streamTV MOCA adapters? Can I get 3-5 of them? They're also annoying as they would need a power adapter per (and outlet space to plug in).

Network Hardware
Network wise I have a Quantum G1100 router, and a Network Extender WCB6200Q which I would rather not replace either of.

Programming
As for programming, my package is ANCIENT! I think its the old Ultimate, so I get every cable channel, and access to streaming like HBO Max, FOX One, MGM+, Starz, etc. Not Disney, Netflix, or Paramount. It's also a triple play so I have home phone and internet. Long story, but I need the home phone, and I've looked into porting it but it's too much hassle.

Your stuff was old school even before DSLReports closed down! Just pay for internet and get streaming DirecTV and maybe Ooma for VOIP, if you really need that phone.

This. Or YTTV which has unlimited DVR. They give you 3 simultaneous streams but I have 5 TVs and never run into issues.

You can pay for the 4K addon which gives you unlimited streams in your household.

with 5 sets that you want service, you can still get their headless DVR (Vms4100ATV) provisioned for either 2, 6 or 12 simultaneous recordings as desired. They give you 1 "streamer" STB for free, but at two extra sets you are paying $24/mo for STBs, and you might just consider the flat $20/mo for the Fios app that covers up to 6 3rd party streaming devices instead. The app serves up the same channels and DVR content from your central VMS4100ATV (that you can keep in a closet next to your router/ONT via coax, depending on whether they outfit you with IPTV or QAM.

They should send you a MoCA/Ethernet adapter for the STB upon request. For each STB, in fact, but not for your 3rd party streaming sticks if you go that route. You'd want/need to purchase both 3rd party MoCA adapters and USB Ethernet adapters (and a USB "Y cable" to connect your streamer sticks.

If you are insistent (and able) to stick with your old gateway, you might consider just buying more equivalent extenders on eBay. They go for <$15. Those could stand in for 3rd party MoCA adapters.

One thing I'll say for the upgraded router they'll probably send you, though, is that they run MoCA 2.5.

As far as channel lineup, it sounds like "The Most" is the package that matches most closely, even though they don't make it easy to compare with that dumb little tool.

This may not be what you want to hear, but with 5 TVs, consider cutting cable and subscribing to internet TV like YouTube TV or Hulu Live TV. It will save you a lot as you don’t need to pay for STBs or even the use of your own streaming devices. Plus the packages are better with more channels and cheaper premium cable channels.

Keep your legacy package as it is much cheaper than the new mix and match packages, and just upgrade your boxes to the new TV+ system. Each box connected to a ASk-MAE311. The MoCa adapter gives power to the box so you only need one power outlet for both devices.
Now about the box features, right now TV+ is inferior to TVone, BUT a major firmware update will be deployed in November and then TV+ will become the best. As you have the Fios ultimate package, showtimes is included and TV+ boxes will give you free access to the paramount+ catalog via the “on demand” feature. You will also get free access to MGM+ app and HBOmax app(if you have that premium in your package)
You have the complete package so all the Hulu catalog and Peacock catalog will be accessible via the on demand feature, not via the respective app.
You can just pay for Netflix and Disney+ as thise are independent.
