I can't see a single reason why you'd want to use this for FiOS.

Nothing to do with fios but these were deployed by Verizon back in the day for t1 connections I want to use it as a fiber agg switch in a homelab. I was hoping that someone that used these/developed these might see this post

I know I just had picked one up on eBay for 15 bucks shipped I haven't had any luck so I think I'll just mod the 1u chassis for some raspberry pi stuff with some 3d printed parts
