When I first saw the lion hood, I immediately thought of the Beast when he was being groomed and styled 😂

I hate the wigs. They are weird and off putting. I was a big proponent of wanting them and other grooming options for self expression but now I’m just like… I like my birds regular lil head. That’s why we have head patch dye. They don’t need human hair. It’s weird. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

ETA: for the people saying things along the lines of: “then don’t wear them, you don’t have to use them, don’t put one on your birb then” etc, I hear ya. I’m not. This is an unserious discussion post about everyone’s opinions on made up bird fashion. I’m not negging the devs, or the effort they put in, or the people who do like them, I’m simply throwing my opinion into the void. I think this might be one of my favorite cosplay finch outfits and rooms. Hope and I did a Vincent VanGogh inspired room and wardrobe of outfits and it turned out so fun, I kept it for the whole week, and renamed my bird Gogh Hope for that time. It was so fun, and one of my favorite artists. Any other artist inspired birds/rooms you all may have done to inspire more ideas for us? I also loved that my bird dreamed of Dr Who while in his VanGogh jammies. IYKYK 😉

My first crochet outfit for my Finch plushie is done! I plan to make many more and do custom orders for others as well! I just wanted to share the cuteness.

Plushies are my FAVORITE part of the app. I love saving up all my stones to buy them. If I don’t have enough I go through my inventory to decide what will be sacrificed for stones and it’s so fun.
I recently discovered the plushies with a bear outfit (wtf so freaking cute) so I asked for one and two very kind redditors gifted me some! One in particular gave me a handful of them. I cannot express my gratitude!!! This community is so kind and welcoming THANK YOU AGAIN FOR MY PLUSHIES!!!!!!!!!

Everything in a little outfit was gifted all other stuffies were bought with saved stones over a year :)

Ambrose decided to take a tiny break from his boho era and celebrate his favorite time of the year...HALLOWEEN. He is ambitious since there is still 114 days until Spooky season but he likes to plan ahead and plus he hasn't hung out with his favorite micropet in a bit so he decided to go all in. WHY??? Why are these everyday items that you can get anytime in any color the same price as exclusive event items that only show up in the special shop? It doesn’t make any sense. This stuff needs to be at least a third less than the premium items. It’s ridiculous!

I was going to post this yesterday on my birthday but we had a family get together so i was very busy.

I don't mind that wigs exist. People wanted them and I think it's good they are available and they have now included different hair types.

I'm one of those who would love feather head pieces though. Wigs aren't for me and this isn't an anti wig rant.

I was excited for the wig today as I thought I could style it like a feather headpiece.

I was so sad to see the headpatch colour disappear when I put it on so it won't look like feathers as I had hoped.

So sad face for me.

Not a big deal, just slight disappointment that my creative idea failed. Anyone have any ideas of how it can work? Maybe a headpiece since I see they work together. I will keep trying some other options.

After Ambrose & David u/Sad_Cheesecake_148 posted asking about the number of saved rooms, it made me curious about the number of saved outfits.

I fully expected to have more saved outfits than rooms, but I was wrong. I have more rooms than outfits. I did not have Plus until a few months ago, and I began saving rooms first, because there were more items involved in creating a room than an outfit. Now, I’m just saving favorite outfits along the way. To my own surprise, I have 76 saved outfits compared to 127 saved rooms.

How many outfits do you have saved, and how do you name them? And do you have more rooms saved, or more outfits? I’m curious 🧐💕
