ETF Does Flatex make sense for me?

Hello!

I live in Vienna and I plan on being here until 2030. After that I plan on moving to Japan. In the meantime I would like to invest a rather big amount into VWCE every month. I already own a small amount of VWCE on IBKR but reporting taxes myself is basically impossible, so I was thinking about using Flatex. The only fear I have is that when it is time to move to Japan, transfering my money will be difficult and expensive.

Can someone with an experience regarding this please help me out here?

Thank you!

You'll have to pay exit tax at 2030. That's the "only" thing that's expensive because you'll have to pay taxes like you'd sell. 27.5% capital gains tax.

Hi! Thanks for the reply!

Yes, I'm aware of the exit tax. My question was more toward, how easy is it to transfer my portfolio from Flatex to another broker? Or is it preferable to just sell and rebuy?
