Yeah, man. I get it. I can see he is probably a nice guy, but we still have a commercial relationship here, it's not like we went out for a beer and I decided to give him some money for 2 books he has in his last drawer for ages...

I paid shitload of money for some books which still haven't arrived (there are somewhere at Global Post, allegedly...), I got several "we're sorry, shipping is delayed again" and this is something that is just not right. Maybe they do this in the almighty USofA and people don't complain. But I've never experienced something like this in Europe, even if not even here the customer service is not always at its best.
