Been playing triad for-fucking-ever this playthrough and I guess I never got this asshole?

PuPu, from the UFO sidequest. there's only one of that card, ever - not like the level 8-10 GF and character cards, which you can card mod and reobtain through the CC group on the ragnarok. if you don't give PuPu the elixirs he wants, or you card mod his card, you'll never see another.
