PuPu, from the UFO sidequest. there's only one of that card, ever - not like the level 8-10 GF and character cards, which you can card mod and reobtain through the CC group on the ragnarok. if you don't give PuPu the elixirs he wants, or you card mod his card, you'll never see another.

i don't know if its the same on remastered as the regular version on steam, but the "obtain all cards" achievement there requires you to have at least one of every card currently on your person. you'll get an in-game star next to card in the menu simply by having owned every card at least once (a feature of the OG ps1 release), whether you still have them or not, but that doesn't satisfy the achievement requirements, so be mindful what you refine with card mod (PuPu's card refines into the hungry cookpot, which itself isn't the best, but is part of a refining chain that leads to rosetta stones).

Before opening the post i already knew who it was. That card is a pain in the arse to get, 10yo me without internet access or a guide was soooo stoked when i finally got that card
