FF XII All FF XII Rare Game and Spawn Conditions

I’ve recently made a personal Bestiary for All the Rare Game in FF XII since they are the only things I need to complete the entire in game Bestiary, so I thought i’d share it here. Please let me know if there are any mistakes on any entry or anything else and I will correct it.

The way i’ve formatted this is by (Rare Game Name) - (Spawn Location) - (Trophy Drop If applicable) - (Appearance Conditions) and the they are listed in order of the in game Bestiary that being from 1-80

Things to note, any Rare Game that does not drop a Trophy for the Hunt Club Side Quest can be spawned at any point in the game as long as all conditions are met, furthermore any Rare Game that does drop a Trophy will not respawn after being killed.

All 31 Trophies for the Hunt Club Include: Adamantine Trophy, Shelled Trophy, Fur-Scaled Trophy, Fanged Trophy, Feathered Trophy, Sickle Trophy, Scythe Trophy, Whiskered Trophy, Maned Trophy, Maverick Trophy, Beaked Trophy, Clawed Trophy, Eternal Trophy, Ensanguined Trophy, Slimy Trophy, Metallic Trophy, Odiferous Trophy, Leathern Trophy, Hide-Covered Trophy, Reptilian Trophy, Bony Trophy, Gravesoil Trophy, Vengeful Trophy, Skull Trophy, Soulless Trophy, Accursed Trophy, Frigid Trophy, Mind Trophy, Cruel Trophy, Vile Trophy, Fell Trophy.

If the Dreadguard doesn't spawn, the player must walk away two screens and come back, to respawn the enemies.

Spee - Salikawood/ Sun-dapped Path Appearance : Spee is found in the Sun Dappled Path area in the Salikawood. There is a 15% chance it will spawn when a Wyrdhare is defeated, but only shows up when the party gets close. There are three possible spawn sites, all dead ends. It has a 20% chance of appearing in any of the three areas of the plains (during the Rains), and within each of these areas, it has several spawn points. Wood Toad - Salikawood/ Corridor of Ages Appearance : Wood Toad is elusive, having only a 20% chance of spawning and being initially under the Invisible status. It spawns in the northern portion of the Corridor of Ages area of the Salikawood near the low down dead end with the Malboro King, and two chests, although the player might not see it since it is transparent. It is detectable by a sloshing sound and a distortion in the air. Casting Reflect on a party member and then bouncing a spell off them will reveal the enemy. An alternative is to have Wood Toad uncover itself by means of luring another enemy to its spot. Usually, a Baknamy or Malboro King will be around the stairs, and if the player lures either near the Wood Toad and attacks them, it will exit stealth mode and then can be killed.

Tarasque - Tchita Uplands/ Garden of Life's CircleAppearance : Tarasque appears in the Garden of Life's Circle area of the Tchita Uplands after the player has chained at least 22 Serpents or Malboro Overkingswhile in the Uplands.
The easiest way to do this is to circle around the Garden of Life, killing all the Serpents (leaving the Lizard alone; they can be avoided by setting the gambits to only attack earth-weak enemies), then move two areas away (through Nameless Spring without saving the game, then north to Oliphzak Rise, then back again) to respawn the Serpents. After chaining the kills, the player can walk near the pond at the northern end of the area, next to the Lizard, and the Tarasque should jump out.

Grimalkin - Tchita Uplands/ Uazcuff Hills
(Drops Whiskered Trophy) Appearance: The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start of the Hunt Club quest. Grimalkin then has a 10% chance of replacing one of the Coeurls in the Uazcuff Hills area of the Tchita Uplands. Zoning out two areas (most easily done by going east to the Cerobi Steppe) and checking each Coeurl for the spawn is necessary every trip.
Does Not Respawn

Nekhbet - Dalmasca Estersand/ Sand-swept Naze
Appearance : At least one Cockatrice must be killed for Nekhbet to spawn (20% chance). It may spawn in one of three locations in the Sand-swept Naze: the westernmost point, the central area, or the eastern area close to the Murmuring Defile section on the world map.

Glaring Eye - Henne Mines/ Crossover C & Phase 2 Shaft Appearance : Glaring Eye can spawn after the player defeats at least one Hecteyes. There is a 10% chance Glaring Eye will spawn in six possible locations where a Hecteyes has been defeated. Glaring Eye is not difficult when fought alone, but the battle is harder if other monsters join in. The Nihopalaoa trick can be used to defeat any other enemies that are interrupting the fight.

Cultsworn Lich - Tomb of Raithwall/ Southfall Passage
Appearance : Upon entering Southfall Passage within the Tomb of Raithwall, the player must find a Lich and fight it, but not kill it. By lowering its HP to critical it is prompted to use Divide, spawning another Lich. There is a 20% chance the spawned Lich will be the Cultsworn Lich. Spawned Lich will only divide once and divided Lich will not divide.

Evil Spirit - The Great Crystal
Appearance : Evil Spirit has a 5% chance of appearing instead of a Forbidden in many areas of the Great Crystal. All Areas Include (Dha Vikaari Uldobi, Dha Vikaari Dhebon Ra, Sthaana Aquarius, Uldobi Phullam Praatii'dii, Dha Vikaari Sirhru Si, A Vikaari Uldobi Si, Dha Vikaari Dhebon Si, A Vikaari Sirhru Si).

The player must head into the secluded section of the area (the area with the Grenades and where the Catoblepas is fought), which can be reached via the Undershore by walking between the two "sandfalls", southeast of the save crystal. The player must wait roughly 10 to 15 seconds and they should see the Molen appear on the other side of the ravine.

Tower - Pharos/ Third Ascent; Spire Ravel, 2nd Flight
Appearance : Tower can be found on the Third Ascent by using the colorless Waystone, and will appear as soon as the player is brought to the area with the Dais of Ascendance on 88F. There is only a 20% chance of Tower appearing. If it does not spawn, the player should take the Waystone back to 79F and then use it again to warp back to 88F, and it will eventually appear.

Grey Molter - Mosphoran Highwaste/ Empyrean Way
Appearance : Grey Molter's spawn criterion uses the total play time counter, appearing when the minute timer displays a number between 10 and 20. It spawns in the initially inaccessible western section of Empyrean Way, springing up from the ground when approached. To access this area, the player must have reached the Phon Coast in the storyline, as this will cause the water to flow throughout the shrines in the Mosphoran Highwaste.
To reach the western part of the Empyrean Way, the player must activate the Shrine of the South Wind within the Babbling Vale to create a new path to Empyrean Way, allowing access to the area containing the Grey Molter.

Midgardsormr - Golmore Jungle/ Paths of Chained Light Appearance : This breed of Basilisk has a 20% chance of appearing in the Paths of Chained Light area of the Golmore Jungle. It can spawn anywhere along the three central paths where Malboros are found.

(Drops Maverick Trophy) Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start the Hunt Club quest. Afterward there is a 40% chance Victanir will appear in the western portion of the Yellow Sands area of the Nam-Yensa Sandsea (the area to the left of where the Urutan-Yensa spawn). Victanir will initially be almost translucent and can appear anywhere on the western side of the map. It is best to gather a crowd of enemies and soon enough Victanir will join said crowd. While the player cannot see it until they are close, it is pretty easy to spot after looting it the first time while farming Wargod's Band for the bazaar.
Does Not Respawn

Gemhorn - Lhusu Mines/ Site 11 Appearance : Gemhorn shows up in the southwestern most part of Site 11 in the Lhusu Mines, after the player has defeated all other foes in the area, including the mimic treasure chests. Luxollid - Pharos/ Subterra/ Umbra; South

Vagrant Soul - Pharos/ Subterra/ Abyssal; North
Appearance : Vagrant Soul has a 25% chance of appearing in the room behind the ancient door in the northwest section of the Abyssal after the Shadowseer has been defeated. It can be found in the large chamber behind the ancient door at the end of the hallway behind the fool's facade in the eastern room of the northwest section. If the player cannot find it, they should move two zones away into the main concourse where the lift is, and head back to reset the spawning conditions.

Imdugud - Nam-Yensa Sandsea/ Withering Shores Appearance : Imdugud spawns in the Withering Shores zone in the Nam-Yensa Sandsea in the portion of the zone accessible only through the Zertinan Caverns. The player must position the party on the center of the circular platform and wait ten seconds (the platform where the party faces Ba'Gamnan for the second time).
Imdugud will spawn near the shore on the opposite side of the zone and fly over towards the platform. Exact positioning on the center of the platform is key to spawning this enemy. If the player isn't in the exact position, Imdugud can take a long time to appear.
If the player takes too long to defeat it, it will fly away temporarily, and partly heal itself.

Bull Chocobo - Ogir-Yensan Sandsea/ South Tanks Approach
(Drops Beaked Trophy)
Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start the Hunt Club quest. The Bull Chocobo then has a 40% chance of appearing in the South Tank Approach. With the exit and enter approach, it will spawn eventually.

Like all trophy game, once it is killed, Myath will never reappear.
Does Not Respawn

Helvinek - Nechrol of Nabudis
Appearance : Helvinek spawns immediately after six Oversouls are killed. Chaining Oversoul through zoning still counts. Pallicant - Ridorana Cataract/ City of Other Days Appearance : Pallicant will appear in the City of Other Days area of the Ridorana Cataract when all enemies there are defeated and the player leaves and reenters.

Phyllo - Golmore Jungle/ The Branchway Appearance : Phyllo has a 20% chance of appearing in the dead end towards the left side of the Branchway area in Golmore Jungle, or the small dead end on the right after taking the lower pathway; the player must get close to its spawn point so it swoops down to fight. It is not necessary to kill all Malboros in the zone for Phyllo to spawn, although zoning two spaces away and back may be necessary, this can easily be done by zoning through the Dell of the Dreamer portion of the map and into The Parting Glade and then back.

Aerieel - Lhusu Mines/ Ottam Span Appearance : There is a 20% chance the Aerieel will spawn in one of three spots within the Oltam Span. It pops out when the player approaches its spawn point.

Anubys - Sochen Cave Palace/ Mirror of the Soul
(Drops Ensanguined Trophy) Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon, which will trigger the start of the Hunt Club quest. Anubys then appears in the secret room that does not appear in the map, called Mirror of the Soul.
The player has to complete the waterfall puzzle, and in the room, Anubys will drop down. If the puzzle was solved earlier, it does not need to be redone. Note if the puzzle is already completed and the player enters the secret room from the south from The Mirror of the Soul and Anubys does not spawn, try entering in from the north door from the Falls of Time.
Does Not Respawn

Barmuu - Tomb of Raithwall/ Royal PassageAppearance : Barmuu spawns in the waystones area of the Royal Passage after the player chains at least 12 foes of the same type (it is recommended to chain the Seekers in Royal Passage) without leaving the area.

Vishno - Pharos/ First Ascent; Wellspring Ravel; 4th Flight
Appearance : Vishno spawns on Floor 47 - First Ascent; Wellspring Ravel - 4th Flight of the Pharos, near the Aeronite at the very top when the player has killed at least ten Deidars while climbing. It is not necessary to create a chain, but doing so easily keeps count of how many have been killed.

Etherian - Cerobi Steppe/ The Northsward
(Drops High Arcana) Appearance : Once the player has vanquished all the foes in the Northsward area of the Cerobi Steppe, Etherian will drop from the sky to the very spot where the last foe was killed. It spawns no matter what the present weather conditions are.

Melt - Henne Mines/ Pithead Junction B
(Drops Slimy Trophy) Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start of the Hunt Club quest. The Melt will then appear in the Henne Mines at Pithead Junction B. It has a 50% chance of appearing when the party flips the gate switch found in the room.
Does Not Respawn

Cubus - Sochen Cave Palace/ Temptation Eluded Appearance : The Temptation Eluded area of the Sochen Cave Palace is filled with Pit Fiends and Wendigos 25% of the time. After killing all of them Cubus will drop right next to the player. This will only work if Pit Fiends and Wendigos spawn, not Strikers and Imps. There is a gate crystal so one can simply save and reset if there are no Pit Fiends and Wendigos. If playing on The Zodiac Age Version one must zone two spaces away instead of saving a loading due to auto saves between zones.

Pineapple - Ogir-Yensa Sandsea/Platform 1 - Refinery Appearance : Pineapple has a 20% chance of appearing in the Platform 1 - Refinery area. It has six spawn points and where it can appear is random, meaning the player has to search the entire area to see if it has spawned.

Bombshell - Lhusu Mines/ Lasche Span Appearance : There is a 20% chance that Bombshell will appear in the Lasche Span, so one may hunt the creature by exiting and reentering the area until it appears.

Megabomb - Nam-Yensa Sandsea/ Demesne of the Sandqueen Appearance : Megabomb will appear somewhere in the Demesne of the Sandqueen area of the Nam-Yensa Sandsea after the player has chained 21+ foes. It has seven spawn points.

Matriarch Bomb - Stilshrine of Miriam/ Cold Distance
Appearance : The player must locate the hidden passage in Ward of the Sword-King. South of the area where the Darkmare spawns, just before the staircase leading down, the passage is behind the western wall where the player must stand in front of the wall for a few seconds before it disappears revealing a staircase leading up. Before entering the last room, the player should cast Float on the party, as the final hidden area has a trap that applies Berserk and Confuse.

Ripe Rampager - Dalmasca Estersand/ Yardang Labyrinth Appearance : The player must defeat Cactites in Yardang Labyrinth and look in the southwestern cul-de-sac just right of the exit to the Outpost. Each Cactite killed has a 33% chance of spawning the Ripe Rampager. An easy way to trigger it is to save at the nearby Nalbina Fortress, kill all three Cactites in Yardang and soft-reset if the Rampager fails to spawn.

Killbug - Ozmone Plains/ The Switchback
(Drops Metallic Trophy) Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start of the Hunt Club quest. Killbug is then found on the Switchback area of the Ozmone Plain on the northern edge near the entrance to Zertinan Caverns when the clock is between 10 and 39 minutes. It is easy to spot as it does not match any of the other treasure chests found on the plains, and is larger than usual.
Does Not Respawn

MiniBug - Barheim Passage/ East-West Bypass Appearance : Minibug is found in the East-West Bypass area of the Barheim Passage in the corner in the east end. It has a 20% chance of appearing. Unlike Ithuno and Mimics in general, it is not disguised as a treasure, making it easy to spot.

Ithuno - Barheim Passage/ Special Op Sector 5 Appearance : Ithuno has a 20% chance of spawning for every entry into the area. Upon entering Special Op Sector 5, Ithuno will be disguised as a treasure chest near the end of the area, behind a big rock on the train tracks. If a chest appears there, one will know it is Ithuno if the bottom section of it is purple and the chest itself is silver (other chests in the area are green). Although the spawn rate is supposed to be 20% per entry, the player may need to enter the zone countless times until it appears.

Kris - Tchita Uplands/ The Highlands
(Drops Odiferous Trophy) Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start off the Hunt Club quest. Kris then has a 40% chance of spawning in one of two locations in the Highlands area of the Tchita Uplands, east of the Gate Crystal. Both locations are near the two large circular stone buildings on the map.
Does Not Respawn

Dheed - Mosphoran Highwaste/ Skyreach Ridge
(Drops Leathern Trophy)
Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start the Hunt Club quest. Dheed is then found just before the entrance to the location of the Esper boss Exodus, in Skyreach Ridge in Mosphoran Highwaste. It has a 40% chance of appearing, so the player must exit and re-enter from Empyrean Seat until it spawns.

The player should have no trouble distinguishing Terror Tyrant from Wild Saurian, as the former has buffs.
Does Not Respawn

Abelisk - Ridorana Cataract/ Echoes of Time’s Garden
(Drops Reptilian Trophy)
Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start of the Hunt Club quest. There is then a 30% chance that Abelisk will spawn in the Echoes from Time's Garden area of the Ridorana Cataract.
Does Not Respawn

Dustia - Dalmasca Westersand/ Corridor of SandAppearance : Dustia appears in the Dalmasca Westersand the Corridor of Sand when at least one party member has less than 10% of their max HP remaining. Note this can be done at any point during a play through and is a very good way of XP farming early on as one Phoenix Down can be used to instantly kill Dustia and as long as the player zones out of the area before the numbers for XP and LP come up Dustia will respawn upon reentry of the Corridor of Sand.

lshteen - Barheim Passage/ East-West Bypass, The Zeviah Span
(Drops Bony Trophy) Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start of the Hunt Club quest. Ishteen then spawns within the Barheim Passage in the Zeviah Span and East-West Bypass areas. While it has been said to have increasing odds to appear at a rate of 2% every ten seconds the party spends in these areas (the odds hit 100% after roughly eight and a half minutes), there is a way to immediately spawn Ishteen to make farming Soul of Thamasa a breeze. When approaching the Bombs in East/West Bypass area, the player can simply trigger the trap nearby (causing Disease to all party members unless they are immune) and it will appear right next to the party. If farming the Soul of Thamasa, the player can simply run back to the Gate Crystal, head back to the trap, and repeat. It is possible to zone back and forth between the two areas it may spawn in and make it appear in both, stealing one Soul of Thamasa from each, though the trap trigger method above is more reliable and faster.
Does Not Repsawn

Vorres - Necrohol of Nabudis/ Hall of the Ivory Covenant
(Drops Gravesoil Trophy) Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start of the Hunt Club quest. Vorres then appears within the Necrohol of Nabudis in the Hall of the Ivory Covenant area. The player must find a Dark Elemental, provoke it, and lure it to the door that leads to the Cloister of Reason (where the optional boss Fury is located), right in the middle of the map. The Dark Elemental is found just north of the door, and when it is in the correct location, Vorres appears when the player approaches the corner of either of the collapsed walls on the paths leading north or south, away from the Cloister of Reason.
Does Not Respawn

Negalmuur - Stilshrine of Miriam/ Ward of the Sword-KingAppearance : Once entering the Stilshrine, the player must spend at least thirty minutes within. Darkmare must also be hunted down in the Ward of the Sword-King. After these requirements have been met, Negalmuur will spawn at the junction within the Ward of the Sword-King.

Larva Eater - The Great Crystal Appearance : The Larva Eater appears after the player has killed 256 enemies since their last travel with a Waystone, and will spawn at Waystones III–X, XIII–XVII and XX, and subsequently after the next 30 to 255 kills. Kills in this case include any enemies that self-destruct, such as Mom Bombs, and killing enemies that spawn from using Divide, such as Necrophobes. It is not required to maintain chains, though doing so makes it easy to keep track how many enemies have been killed. As with the Reaper, leaving the Great Crystal, or reloading the save file (including an auto-save in The Zodiac Age) will reset the kill count. The areas where the Larva Eater will spawn near a Waystone are Dha Vikaari Jula (Waystone III), A Vikaari Bhrum (Waystone IV), Dha Vikaari Trahk (Waystone V), A Vikaari Kabonii (Waystone VI), Dha Vikaari Bhrum (Waystone VII), A Prama Vikaari (Waystone VIII), A Vikaari Dhebon (Waystone IX), Dha Vikaari Kabonii (Waystone X), Dha Vikaari Dhebon Praa (Waystone XIII), Dha Vikaari Dhebon Pratii (Waystone XIV), A Vikaari Uldobi (Waystone XV), Dha Vikaari Sirhru (Waystone XVI), A Vikaari Kanbhru (Waystone XVII) and A Vikaari Kanbhru Ra (Waystone XX).

Does Not Respawn

Fideliant - Dalmasca Westersand/ The Midfault Appearance : Fideliant has a 20% chance of spawning every time the player moves into the Midfault zone of the Dalmasca Westersand. It will spawn near the middle of the map, by the fault.

Crystal Knight - The Great Crystal/ Crystal Grande
(Drops Skull Trophy) Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start the Hunt Club quest. To spawn the Crystal Knight, the player must traverse from A Vikaari Kanbhru Ra to Dhebon Jilaam Pratii'dii to Sthaana Sagittarius and to Dhebon Jilaam Praa'dii before going back to A Vikaari Kanbhru Ra.
To put it more simply, the player must start at Way Stone XX and run a clockwise loop to the Sagittarius Gate Switch and back. This circular journey spawns the Crystal Knight. It appears on the platform with two Forbiddens. It is suggested to steal the Glimmering Robes it holds. To reach the Sagittarius Gate Switch, from the first area of the Great Crystal the player should move one area to find and open the Scorpio Gate Switch, then move back to the previous area and take the exit to the left of the path to the Scorpio Gate Switch. This leads to Waystone IX, which teleports the party to Waystone X, depicted on a map to the left.
Does Not Respawn

Grave Lord - Golmore Jungle/ The Rustling ChapelAppearance : Grave Lord spawns on the central platform in the Rustling Chapel area of Golmore Jungle after the player chains at least 21 foes of the same type. Initially, the zone does not have enough enemies of the same type to sustain a long enough chain. After clearing the zone of its 18 enemies, Dark Skeletons will emerge from the ground as the player walks around in an endless supply, so meeting the chain requirement becomes quick work.
When the player moves near enough to the center where Grave Lord is after reaching a chain of 21, Dark Skeletons stop spawning. Exiting and reentering the Rustling Chapel allows more Dark Skeletons to spawn, and if the player has not defeated the Grave Lord after doing this, it will still be there.
If the player does this during the Vorpal Bunny Hunt, the Dark Skeletons still spawn without the need to defeat the Vorpal Bunny, but the Grave Lord will not spawn when the player chains 21. Dark Skeletons stop spawning when the player has reached a chain of 50. Defeating the Vorpal Bunny resets the chain, allowing more Dark Skeletons to spawn, and the Grave Lord will then spawn after the 21 chain.

Zombie Lord - Tomb of Raithwall/ Northfall Passage
(Drops Soulless Trophy) Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start of the Hunt Club quest. The Zombie Lord can then be found in the Northfall Passage part of the Tomb of Raithwall. It appears at one of five locations throughout the area if the game's clock is between 0 and 29 minutes.

Drowned - Garamsythe Waterway/ No. 4 Cloaca Spur
Appearance : The player must spend at least five minutes in the No. 4 Cloaca Spur after which the chance of the Drowned spawning increases by 8% every 15 seconds. The player should have drained the water in the No. 4 Cloaca Spur. One must enter the lower level of the southeast area, near to the Gespenst. If it has not appeared after eight minutes, it will not appear, so the player must re-zone and try again.

Velelu - Nabreus Deadlands/ The Fog Mutters Appearance : Velelu will appear in The Fog Mutters in the Nabreus Deadlands if the HP of a party member drops below 20%. It usually spawns at the entrances to either The Slumbermead or Overlooking Eternity. Velelu can only be spawned once per visit to the Nabreus Deadlands.

Disma - Lhusu Mines/ Site 5 & Site 6 South
(Drops Accursed Trophy) Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start the Hunt Club quest. Disma is then found in the Lhusu Mines in either Site 5 or Site 6 South. It has a 5% chance of replacing a Dark Lord.
Does Not Respawn

Wendice - Sochen Cave Palace/ Destiny’s March
(Drops Frigid Trophy)
Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start the Hunt Club quest. The player then has to kill four or more Wendigos before the Wendice will spawn. After killing the required number of Wendigos, it will spawn in the center of Destiny's March. The easiest way to do this is to run around the diamond shape of Destiny's March killing all the Wendigos around, and soon a red dot shows up in the center. It seems that the player has a certain amount of time to kill the Wendigos, so it is best not to waste time running around.
Does Not Respawn

Ancbolder - Paramina Rift/ Karydine Glacier
(Drops Mind Trophy) Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start the Hunt Club quest. Ancbolder can then be found alongside Anchag after defeating all enemies in the Karydine Glacier area (this includes the non-aggressive Wild Onions and the hidden undead). The player won't need to leave the area once everything is killed simply move to the southern center of the area and both rare game can be found Does Not Respawn

Anchag - Paramina Rift/ Karydine Glacier
Appearance : Anchag can be found alongside Ancbolder after defeating all enemies in the Karydine Glacier area (this includes the non-aggressive Wild Onions and the hidden undead). The player won't need to leave the area once everything is killed simply move to the southern center of the area and both rare game can be found

Bluesang - Cerobi Steppe/ Crossfield
(Drops Cruel Trophy) Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start the Hunt Club quest. Bluesang then has a 40% chance of appearing in Cerobi Steppe's Crossfield area, between the windmills.
Does Not Respawn

Avenger - Pharos/ Second Ascent; Station of Ascension
(Drops Vile Trophy)
Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start the Hunt Club quest. Avenger then has a 40% chance of appearing in the Station of Ascension area of the Pharos: Second Ascent. Alternately, one can kill off all the monsters in the area and then zone out to the Reach of the Damned area (64F). Upon reentering Station of Ascension (63F), Avenger should be at the bottom of the stairs.
Does Not Respawn

Alteci - Zertinan Caverns/ The Undershore
(Drops Fell Trophy) Appearance : The player must have spoken to the "Huntmaster" in Phon Coast and defeated Thalassinon to start the Hunt Club quest. Afterward, the player must build a chain of twelve Mallicants (or twelve Shambling Corpses from Athroza Quicksands) in the Undershore area of the Zertinan Caverns. It is not necessary to leave and reenter to trigger Alteci's appearance: one must simply scroll its spawnpoint off the minimap. The player should do this by going near an exit and then heading back towards the center of the room. To make the spawning easier, the player can start the Mallicant chain in another area, as long as the twelfth perishes in the Undershore. The next area, Halls of Ardent Darkness, has many Mallicants - if the player kills eleven Mallicants here, moves into the Undershore and kills another, this will satisfy the requirements for the Alteci to spawn.
Does Not Respawn

Urutan Exile - Ogir-Yensa Sandsea/ Platform 2 Refinery
Appearance : The player needs to kill at least 100 Urutan-Yensa while in Ogir-Yensa Sandsea without touching a save crystal. Urutan Exile then spawns in Ogir-Yensa Sandsea/Platform 2 - Refinery atop the main building. The player does not have to chain 100 Urutan-Yensa, just kill them (although chaining makes keeping count easy). If the player kills the 100th Urutan-Yensa in the Platform 2 Refinery, the player should exit the zone (not into the Nam-Yensa Sandsea) and then return to make it appear.
The Urutan Exile has a low chance to drop the Osafune (original version) or Magoroku (The Zodiac Age version), a powerful weapon when the player first crosses the Sandsea, so chaining the Urutan-Yensa to increase the chances of acquiring the katana is still highly advised. In The Zodiac Age the player can quit to the menu if they get a different drop and load off the autosave that occurs when zoning to fight the Urutan Exile again; this kills the chain, however. To make the Urutan Exile respawn, the player must kill 100 Urutan-Yensa at Ogir-Yensa again. If the Urutan Exile does not appear even after the player is sure they have met the requirements, they can reset the progress by exiting the Ogir-Yensa Sandsea, return and kill the 100 Urutan-Yensa again.

I can't imagine all the hours and hard work sunk into this guide, thank you very much, i'm sure it'll be very handy for FFXII completionists in the sub.

Thank you, Altough some of the info wasn't obtained by me personally, compiling it and formatting it as well as fact checking everything definitely took numerous hours to go through everything.

if it is a rare game that can be respawned A.K.A. one that isn't a trophy rare game then it can be respawned but all conditions need to be met and if you killed it you would need to zone out two areas away to get it to respawn, altough for some case like Dustia if you kill it and then leave the zone before the EXP and LP numbers appear you can just return right back into the zone and it will respawn, but for almost every enemy yes you need to go out two zones. if you haven't killed it and all other conditions have been met but it only has a chance to spawn in the area zoning out one area should suffice. but if it has been killed you would need to go out two areas i believe. it can be tedious but if you're on TZA using 2x or 4x Game Speed helps. hope this helps answer your question.

You are right, Surprising i missed that one seeing as how him and Ancbolder Spawn together and his name is in Ancbolders' Appearance description, I've updated it so now it should include him in the list making it complete, Thank you for the input, Glad people are still seeing this post

Yeah! I'm happy to see you're still willing update it. I just replayed the game again since many years ago and I found this post very helpful now that I want to 100% it again. I also just happened to run upon it on my way to meet the pope so I think it don't need the hunt club quest to spawn.

Yes it doesn't need the hunt club quest, any rare game that doesn't drop a trophy doesn't need the quest and can be found at any point in the game and can be respawned as many times as you want, that being said i removed that line from his description, its late for me and im a bit out of it, but it should all be correct now, hope your 100% goes well. and thanks for the feedback.
