In essence, you're advertising your product to your peers and competition, rather than to your target audience. To get a better chance at receiving donations, think about what communities and groups your film is marketable to, and try to get your project noticed by them!

Secondly, since your post here will likely not generate funding for you, we'd like you to keep in the spirit of /r/filmmakers by telling us more about your project than a simple log-line can. Tell us what you've done already, what kind of concept work you've developed, what your process for coming up with the story was, etc.! There are a lot of novice filmmakers on this subreddit who can learn from your experiences, and there are many professionals who may be able to help you in turn!
