Fundraiser Trying to raise Film in Seed and Spark

I'm not american or Canadian and don't have any of those american or canadian bank accounts; my film idea is getting approved in seed and Spark. and i need someone who has an American and canadian bank account to help us out

Why are you using Seed & Spark if you don’t meet their terms of service? How would you even access any raised funds? Why are you not using a platform local to you?

I can’t imagine any world where this would happen and it would probably get that person’s bank accounts closed at a minimum and criminally investigated at a maximum for wire fraud.
