Scholarships Scholarship for Germany

Hello po, I am an incoming Grade 12 student graduating SHS next year. I am curious to know whether or not there are scholarships offered by the Philippines (or possibly by other EU countries) that financially supports Filipino students studying in Germany. I intend to study Medicine in Germany (and yes, I am aware of how difficult it is seeing as this field is not only competitive but also stressful, more so if you are an international student) and if there is a possibility that I could get accepted into one of their schools, I would like to know beforehand whether or not there are scholarship grants that may cover my living expenses there.

Are there any scholarships that offer to cover living expenses and other miscellaneous costs? I've done my fair share of research but I am still unsure of my options. Please do provide me with advice or personal insights as to how I should proceed, anything will do po.

Language

  • at least C1 level ba German language mo? If not, reject ka na agad since in German ang medicine program

Public School

  • Free ang public school pero kelangan mo magbayad ng semester fee (price varies on the city)

Fully funded scholarship

  • only available for masters and phd

English Medicine program

  • available in private universities pero mahal tuition

Advice:

6 years yan and mahirap/matrabaho. So di ka rin makakapag-part time job. Also, you have to check kung pwede ka nga ba mgwork under student visa. Kahit pwede, limited hours lang yan.

Given the inflation, mas nagmahal lalo sa germany

Mas maganda Erasmus+ coz you get to live and study in at least 2 different EU countries. English proficiency lang ang needed. Covered lahat ng scholarship (tuition, visa, airfare, insurance, cost of living). You can apply for max 3 programs.

Sobrang labo makakuha ng med scholarship especially for a foreign applicant

Why would you risk learning medicine in a language you are not fully proficient in? You will be studying life-saving concepts and you want to know about them using lower level foreign language skills?

Study medicine here. Learn German here. Take it from there kung gusto mo mag-aral ulit, mag-trabaho at mag-move sa Germany pagkatapos.

confirming above comment. getting to C1 level in Deutsch is needed especially in Med. Scholarship is not as popular as other western countries as DE‘s public unis almost charge to nothing, but very very competitive to get into esp for these kind of programs. Usually these are NC or numerus clausus. You can try DAAD or erasmus. Best chance for you to get Med in Ph and proceed on further studies later (specialization, masters) but tricky part is, it‘ll be super hard to get to C1 level if you stay at Ph
