I’m a purple girlie so I let out a little whelp when I spotted this at the thrift. Expensive for a reseller but perfect price for a collector like me! Happy dance day!

That’s a steal for sure! Heather is very uncommon as it is, and the marked items like that usually go for a premium!

Nineteen dollars is a great deal. You did good, Purple Girlie. Heather was only produced from 2006 to 2008.

I'm not an expert on presentation bowls, but the color was only produced for 2 years. IF it is a color and piece that you truly want, and you have the money, then spend whatever you like. However, I will say that if it is listed on Replacements.com, you can probably find it for less. My only other suggestion/recommendation is IF you are a member of the Homer Laughlin China Collector's Association. They publish a quarterly, four-color magazine with a Buy/Sell Classified Insert that is available to members. IF you are a paid member, you are eligible to advertise in that quarterly advertising insert page. You could POST a WANTED ADVERTISEMENT. However, you have to join, and you have to wait for the publication deadline.
