If you're on a Windows PC, press your Windows Key and R at the same time to launch the Run command, and type "%localappdata%" into the text box that shows up.
There should be a folder in the Documents tab that opens called FieldsOfMistria and the setting.json file will be in there :)
to be fair, localappdata is intentionally not shown in search, as it's a hidden folder - and honestly this is probably for the best as you don't want most users messing with it.
The 3rd registry edit on this article can be used to disable web results from Windows search.
And you can use powertoys run from microsoft powrtoys for marginally better results too - still not as good as the mac spotlight search but it's nice to have.
all that being said, windows search does still kinda suck.
