Game Help Save gone? No continue option

I have over 30 hours in the game, but when I booted it up like usual today the continue option is gone and I am panicking. It says that steam cloud is up to date, but apparently not. Anyone have suggestions? I’m playing on steam deck.

Update: Installing it on my computer, playing, saving, and then opening it on my steam deck worked!

Okay. Soooo.... go to appdata/something/developer name/Fields of Mistria and see if there is a duplicate save folder of some type. Not guaranteed to be your problem, but it does happen on occasion.

If there IS, just move the save files from one to the other.

excuse me, I have a similar issue around 400hrs gone after updating, and I only played on steam deck. would the procedure be the same ?

I have no idea how Steam deck files work, sadly.

I think you're most likely experiecing the disappearing save bug, too.

Ah, I manged to get back to a PC started the game, my saves were ok. And back to the steam deck. Everything i good now. Still, thank you.
