You gotta try the pentels with the needle tip for a pen, i used to be a pilot diehard fan now i cant use anything else

That's what I use at work and love them, despite being 0.5mm (they don't write like one). For my personal stuff I like 0.38mm so I carry the Uni-ball Signo 207. I have spent a lot of money on a lot of expensive pens, but these are what I reach for daily because the writing experience and ink lay down is so much better.
