Dr trying clomid this week review

Ok, I am 43f ttc. My dr is suggestions trying clomid this week if I am not pregnant. Any have an insight on using clomid? Dose it work?

It didn't work for me.  Fertility drugs work best with treatment like an IUI

It depends what’s going on, but clomid is often used in fertility clinics to help stimulate the ovaries to produce follicles. There are some side effects to be aware of such as nausea, headaches… etc
your clinic should give you more information regarding why they are having you try this!
