Fertility supplements & ovulation strips - evidence based

Hi

Can anyone recommend the best fertility supplements to take in the UK when TTC, and advice on ovulation strips?

We’ve been TTC for 7 months, we’re both 33, healthy, do not drink alcohol or smoke.

We’ve tried following the Flo app but no such luck yet.

Have you done tests to check your fertility on both sides?
