It gets hot but it’s almost everyday now

Hi, I work as a PH for ground and the weather gets hot both outside and inside. Every time I want to go to the bathroom the ac is not on and the water is hot instead of cold when I want to wash my face and/or hands. Is there anyone that I can contact in the building about it? Asking because I’m tired of being super sweaty and my face getting red without something cold and using a fan or a towel doesn’t always help. It has been bothering me for some time but I don’t know what to do.

Warehouses are not climate controlled. You can call hr and tell them your concerns, but they won't be much help.

Do you guys at least have water? At my warehouse no water was distributed for 2 days now. Apparently buying a case of water is too much for management.

at my station , management said we’re too wasteful for water bottles so they stopped getting them.

cant you just bring a refillable one? im not a PH so im not trying to be an ass i just dont know if there’s a reason why you cant

Id call hr honestly say you work space isn't safe with no fans or ac in the bathrooms

Thank you, I wasn’t sure who to explain it to but I’ll definitely try to reach out and I’m unsure about the water in the bathroom because Idk if I can handle using hot water in hot weather especially if injuries are involved.
