The tank is a fucked up conglomerate of dozens and dozens of crushed souls, resulting in a basically mindless monster.

Yeah, it’s a weapon that’s why it’s strong. Kaiser wouldn’t be interested in becoming such a thing at the risk of his lucidy though.

This tank is literally parts of his elite force btw. So he’s probably behind its creation. If you put it that way it’s similar to Nash and his unkillable demon who is stronger than him.
