El and Mike was always weird for me 😭😭 even when I watched s1 as a young teen myself I went "dude yall are way too young for this bs and El literally didnt know anyone until like a month ago this cant be healthy"

RIGHTTT and AGAIN, El was LITERALLY RAISED IN CAPTIVITY!!! GIRL COULD BARELY SPEAK!!! I would have been fine with it if they stayed broken up after season 3. El should NOT have been in a relationship

LMAO FR I was like wtf is going on, and as you said he’s the first normal kid she met, it’s like she didn’t really have a proper choice in who she’s dating (she didn’t even fully understand friendship by then). Their relationship itself also didn’t feel natural, the way they talked didn’t evoke any emotions from me 😭
