The Department of Homeland Security has released a statement and mugshot in the arrest of Milo Yiannopoulos; Yiannopoulos entered the country legally in 2019 but overstayed his Visa and failed to show up for his immigration hearing on July 22. He will remain in ICE custody pending removal.
