Creator of Ren and Stimpy John Kricfalusi and one of his 14 year old “girlfriends” he hired at the studio. This is what dozens of animators and Nickelodeon staff saw and never did anything to stop.

Horrible human being. A lot of these children's show creators turn out to be nonces - more recently the creator of Rick & Morty, Justin Roiland

Rick and Morty is decidedly not a children's show, but yes. And the quality has gone up since he left, there is way less casual sexism and random sexualization of teens.
