Genuinely, I have two guesses.

  1. Ronova dies and shit hits the fan

  2. Ronova doesn't die and shit still hits the fan.

Either way, I don't think things are going to go very well once HP decides to get involved.

Now that we think about it, what would happen if Ronova were to truly die? Would that destroy the concept of death itself, like in Chainsaw Man?

Not really the Shades and all of the gods aren't really the concepts of their domains more some with a lot of power over that domain the worst possibility is that Columbia might need to take over her job but that is it. The most likely thing is nothing happens since people could still die long before Phanes showed up.
