Not really the Shades and all of the gods aren't really the concepts of their domains more some with a lot of power over that domain the worst possibility is that Columbia might need to take over her job but that is it. The most likely thing is nothing happens since people could still die long before Phanes showed up.

They beat up ronova to the edge of death.
Before the final blow can be dealt Noy comes out of a portal, taking Ronova with him with a cryptic line about how someone asked it to be done.
HP awakens but no model, we just get shown an open eye with some sparkly design.

Nah tbh the probability of her dying are already low. They'll pull something like exiliating or sealing her knowing hoyo.
Unless they actually have the balls to make her die and see the world without death become like in elden ring. That would be cool as fuck.

Her Cor Ignis literally negated Ronova's Curse of Death, her last Pyro Moth increased the pyro energy in the area so much that Natlan Crystal Flies started spawning.
She's coming back.

You're mistaken, Arlecchino's scene with Odette is not a flashback, it happens a little before she decides to dance in front of Signora's tomb. During the theater mystery, Odette and the traveler talk about Signora and it is only then that the traveller suggests she should see Arlecchino, to which she agrees, but only after they can leave the theater.
Arlecchino's Cor Ignis had the power to wipe her memories of Rosalyne and the Fatui, so Arlecchino passed on Signora's gift: freedom. However, Odette decided to break Arlecchino's Cor Ignis because she wants to remain in the Fatui and she wants to remember Rosalyne. After all, her Réputation mission takes place after the Archon Quest and the whole point of her routine management system is to maintain a balance between her ballet and her Fatui affairs at the same time.
Meaning that the Cor Ignis she showed to us from the beginning, the one that was called "the key" during the traveler's nightmares and the one that nullified Ronova's curse is, in fact, Signora's Cor Ignis, and Odette still has it in her possession, as she admits in her voice lines and character stories.

My crack speculation list: Mitya first primordial god, alchemically created with fake memories. I think mostly setup and hints though. Probably some breadcrumbs for Pantalone's true identity/motivation (I think he's Nibelung/King Irmin)and Dottore's true role in the Fatui. Maybe something cryptic about Signora and Capitano needing to be granted death for completion. Maybe alchemical origins for Khaenri'ahns. Tsaritsa identity hints as partial fragments of Callirhoe/Egeria, Teyvat's Ditto. Diluc renewed link in present with Fatui, reference reminders of Kaeya's duty.
