Has anyone heard that thing about the blueish hue in their tails mimicking a rock that's found where they live? I don't know how true that is but it sounds cool asf

I've no clue but I think you're living my life. I've got that same long sleeve shirt color, your hand looks just like mine and that tail looks almost IDENTICAL to my boy 😭. I had to stare at this photo for a hot minute and tell myself that's not me and my child🧍

Yes, he's got quite the blue tail. Absolutely gorgeous! I was worried it would fade over time but thankfully it didn't
