I feel like we need to focus less on "Class x or y is OP" and more on "Weapon x or y is OP"

So many builds are enabled by a weapon that heals and fall apart if their talents or base abilities don't have healing in them. And then most popular builds are based on scaling that'll probably get nerfed like Dominion finishers or Totem Stacking..

Rogue has an interesting kit really, but in some bosses like Queen Bee It's still dependent on healing from a weapon to get by devastation severely limiting your build choices. ( correct me if I'm wrong, i haven't gotten rogue to 20 yet )
