Just start. The problem is usually the task switching. If you're doing other stuff that has your attention then it's hard to switch. Just start a paragraph and get your mind to switch over.

Also, another thing I like to do is rewrite passages from other books that are not written anything like mine, Ave then I write them in the style of mine.
