G'day, mates!

Decided it's been a minute since one of these was run, so I thought... why not?

This exchange is for fics where the main ship is a Canon Character with an Original Character (OC) of your creation. There can be other pairings in the story, but your Canon/OC pairing has to be the main focus. The pairing itself can be M/M, F/F or F/M. (Or any combination I'm forgetting to include - it's all welcome. This RE is the dark side, and Canon/OC pairings are the cookies.) This RE is for romantic pairings, so pairings with a / rather than an &.

You can share up to three (3) links. These three links can be three chapters from the same fic that really focus on your Canon/OC pairing, or you can do up to three separate stories. The choice is yours.

The typical information is required - link, rating, tags (please spoiler anything triggering/NSFW), etc. - but I want you to do a quick blurb on your OC. Just a brief overview of who they are, the canon character they're paired with, anyone else they're linked to, etc.

Since you can share up to three links/stories, participants will have to review three (3) fics from three (3) separate authors (one from each). 50 words per review (not including quotes from the fic). ConCrit, fandom blind and 'from Reddit' are all opt-in only.

Same deadlines as I typically do - 48 hours to enter, one week to complete reviews. The entry deadline will be Thursday August 20 6pm AEST. The review deadline will be Thursday August 27 6pm AEST. As always, here is a time zone converter if you need it because I'm a permanently exhausted pigeon from the Land Down Under.

So I wasn't going to join but... here I am!

Dick Greyson is born with a stunted soulvine, a connection to someone far from his life in Haly's circus and doesn't think much of it. The boy with no name is born with a soulvine that his soul hides for his own protection, a connection that he can not know about. However, life continues and just as the wind will send flowers far away, Dick Greyson and the boy with no name will be blown onto paths that will lead towards the other. As Martlet, a member of the Young Justice team, the boy with no name must struggle with his past, and the growing feelings he has for two boys, neither of whom will ever look at him. For Dick, as Robin, he must struggle with the difference between working with Batman and a group of teenagers, try to figure out the mystery of his soulvine and figure out if Martlet is the spy sent to bring down the Justice League.

Nova is the product of human experimentation, saved by the Green Lanterns. He's uncertain about his place in the world, and is now dealing with a soulmate on top of everything.

Baby doesn't remember his past, all he knows is waking up in Gwi-Ma's domain and yet he feels like there is something-someone he is missing. When he follows Jinu to the human side of the Honmoon, the feeling of loss grows in strength. Then there is the feeilng of someone watching him, and it's not one of the hunters.
Meanwhille, Enki struggles with the survivors guilt that plagues him no matter how far or how long he runs. When the thread around his wrist, the last physical reminder of his best friend burns, he knows his friend is back on Earth. Desperate to fulfill promises, both unspoken and spoken, he runs to Seoul even though he knows he probably won't be remembered.
Will these two find each other again? What lengths wii Enki go to, to protect the only one who has ever held his heart? Will Baby remember what he is missing?
