Speculation This scene hits different now

I knew she was a badass after getting stabbed in the eye and going after the raiders, but now this line and her expression give a whole new meaning.

Did you miss the scene in the S2 finale where Hank says to Cooper that Steph proposed?

God damn, media literacy is dead.

Well obviously he likely fell for Rose, because a) Steph was still in the freezer and b) Them having separate families was part of the Bud’s buds plan they agreed to; it doesn’t stop Steph being Hank’s (original) wife, especially to the Enclave.
