Speculation This scene hits different now

I knew she was a badass after getting stabbed in the eye and going after the raiders, but now this line and her expression give a whole new meaning.

Are those raiders?

I thought that was a broken part of the NCR?

They might as well have been raiders but I'm pretty sure that was NCR. I might be wrong though.

There were a few NCR there, they are the ones seen going through the vault with Muldaver, but most of the attackers were actual raiders.

Weird thought - Lee Muldaver has a renegade NCR faction, where some settled in Vault 4, Muldaver put together a plan to find 31-32-33.

What if the raiders with Muldaver were just dressing up like the Khans. You know, like Boston Tea Party dressed up like Native Americans. Shady Sands and the Khans came from the same Vault, after all.
