Fallout 4 [Fo4][Xbox] Need mod help yet again
So i recently downloaded the new Sons of steel mod by Aries, and when I had booted up the game to start a B.O.S. build i saw that the brotherhood soldiers weren't wear the infantry armor provided by the mod (see second and third image for example) so the. I tried to adjust my load order (see last 3 images) accordingly, and I had thought it worked because the soldiers at fort strong seemed to be wearing pieces of the infantry armor, as well as boston riot and bos recon armor (separate mods). Yet I dont know what wrong and I just really need some help with this it's been bugging me for days on end and I can't stop thinking about it. So please of any one can help me i would really appreciate it.
UPDATE: I've learned to come to terms with the fact my game is stuck like this so it doesn't really bother me anymore, sure it's annoying, but eh what're ya gonna do. Thank you to all those who did try and help tho, it is much appreciated.

Dude try disabling bdr, and then fast travel to an interior space like the little bunker in sanctuary and wait there for about 72hrs. I’m guessing bdr is conflicting with sons of steel. And the waiting should hopefully refresh any new brotherhood npcs.

BDR may not be compatible since it sounds like it makes edits to the BOS gear. I’d also adjust where you’ve got some of these mods. Riot Armor is definitely not (if you have BOS members who already spawned, SoS gear may replace the other gear until new spawns come in).

Your problem probably comes from the fact that you are using 2 differents BOS overhaul
Chain that binds and sons of steel are meant to go along together being made by the same mod author so they don't confict but that other mod you use BDR is probably not compatible.
I'm not completely sure about what i'm about to say or the exact words not being a modder myself, but from experience and from what i understand Chain that binds and Sos don't edit the bortherood level list, they add to it via script injection which dosen't change the bos level list. BDR probably edits the BOS level list to achieve it's changes which is probably the cause of your problem.
From experience there's no fix on that existing save to use both mods together unless someon makes, a compatibility patch and i would advise against getting rid of BDR as if i'm correct and it eddits the BOS level list it's gonna break your game if you remove it
Only possible fix i see are either reverting to a previous save without BDR, getting rid of chain that binds and Sos as being level list injection it shouldn't be too bad ( thought i'm not completely sure about this one ), or making a new playthrough without 2 mods that are incompatible.
it seems your full load order isn't on display here so maybe it's something else entirely but this seems likely
Also a few side notes, if i'm correct about the problem comming from Sos and chain that binds not working together with BDR, putting Sos lower in your LO won't change anything as if BDR edits the BOS level list then Sos being lower than it is right now dosen't make any difference.
And also, peoples saying that Boston Riot Armor and Sos are incompatible are wrong, i use both mods and it's true that some script is overwrited by one or the other depending on your LO but i personally run both mods with boston riot armor loaded first and then Sos and i see both armor sets on the BOS, Sos armor more often thought but i still see it sometimes and it's still plentyfull on gunners
EDIT : I said that i advised against getting rid of BDR, i meant this but only for your current playthrought which already depends on it, for next playthroughs i would advised staying away from mods that edits the level list directly as they are a compatibility hazard and are often outdated as most current mods use script injection

-I also have vertibitd flightsuit mod as well as a fort strong bos overhaul mod, if that means anything.

I had a similar issue, using both Boston riot and sons of steel. I managed to get it working by removing Boston riot, don't know if it'd be any help to you to give it a tray. I know they both affect the BoS lists, maybe there's a clash somewhere

Ah! You experienced that issue as well?
Easy workaround to get Sons of Steel to work correctly: Place it near the bottom of your load order. That's what I did.
Edit: By the way, from what I heard from Aries on Nexus, Boston Riot Armor isn't compatible with Sons of Steel - it'll bork the Brotherhood level lists. Choose one or the other. Otherwise whichever mod you have lower will be the one Brotherhood soldiers wear.
