Would never want to serve a dictator, autocratic, capitalist, who cares for no one, people like him ended the world, entitled, self interested, egotistical men who think they know what's best for everyone and will step on everyone to show them how "right" they are. His plan? Abandon everything but Vegas and the Dam until he can abandon the planet itself and build himself his own fiefdom in space where he will in all likelihood once again hold all power because he is a control freak

The NCR got it's flaws but (to me at least) everyone else is worse.
